This product didn’t fit as it should. The sizing was wrong and it is 3 inches longer than it should be and was sticking out in my closet systemWe found that we could not use all 13 arms with my husband's jeans. They are just too heavy. Otherwise these are awesome. We did a closet remodel and added to the 2 we already had for his dress slacks. Great way to customize your closet and add space.Would consider rating lower because we have an issue with shipment and have not heard back from the supplier. We ordered 3; 2 were delivered and no replacement or explanation yet. Tracking doesn't work as all 3 were ordered together.I made the mistake of building my cabinets while waiting to receive the hardware. Bad move. The stated minimum width was off by 1/8”, my cabinet was too small. I modified the hardware so it fit but what a hassle. Never trust the specs!I really love this. Great for pants, shorts, leggings, even scarves. I ended up putting two in the closet, but would have accommodated for 3 if I would have known. Instead of messing with hangers, it is easier to use, so I noticed I am more inclined to put it back immediately. Great solution. Every closet should have it. When designing another closet, I will add one more to go beneath the suit jackets, for the matching pants. Thanks.Great way to organize a closet!I love it!Fantastic way to store pants. This fit perfectly and works great. Highly recommend it.Speedy delivery and easy install. The only downside is the pant bars move around in the unit. I would’ve preferred stationary ones but I guess the flexibility does make it easier to get the pants in and out so I guess it’s a trade off.Very sturdy and a useful hanger. I am glad I bought this for my walk-in closet.Pretty easy to install. Much heavier duty than I imagined.
