These pants are great! I wore them to Antarctica so if that doesn't tell you how warm they keep you or how great they are I don't know what would. They have a fluffy warm layer but don't look too poofy. They have side velcro tighteners which were great to be able to tighten or expand the waist when I ate too much ahaha. Also, I was never overheated. I wore a heat omnitech layer under them and was perfectly comfortable. I also stepped in deep water and while the outside of the pants appeared wet I never felt a drop. Great pants for such a price!
